Why am I required to validate my identity when I log in to the product?
During the Log In process, we not only validate your access ID and password, we also analyze numerous elements regarding your device and your environment to ensure your identity. When we experience a change in your environment, we may require you to complete an additional step in the Log In process. This additional step is presented to you only when necessary. You will receive a page requesting you to select a telephone number whereby a one-time security code will be delivered. This can be delivered through a telephone call or SMS text message, or if you do not have access to a telephone, you can opt to answer a set of dynamically generated questions.
